Gino D’Acampo is to join multi award-winning Celebrity Juice as team captain to replace Holly Willoughby as she takes maternity leave for her third baby.

Holly filmed the first show of the series last week, and Gino takes her place from this week.

Cooking sensation Gino, will aim to come out on top against rival team captain Fearne, aided by a host of different celebrities each week, in the mightiest and most ludicrous of comedy panel shows. The two teams will battle it out in a series of chaotic challenges to prove who knows the most about the week’s celebrity news. As ever, boisterous host Keith Lemon will preside over activities.

Keith Lemon commented: “Looking forward to having me old pal from Sheffield cover for Holly whilst she’s sprouting. I don’t know how he’s gonna keep up that fake Italian accent for a whole series but it’s gonna be fantastico! As Gino says, or when he’s out of character ‘reet good’!”

Gino D’Acampo added: “I actually can’t believe it’s true…it’s going to be the gig of my year!  A show where I can express myself, not through food, but through my sex positions.  Which I will be very happy to demonstrate with Fearne.”

Fearne Cotton said: “I’ll certainly miss Holly and am slightly worried about Gino’s very naughty side, but it’s going to be a lot of fun! “

The BAFTA-nominated and multi award winning series Dynamo: Magician Impossible returns to Watch this summer with even more mind-blowing magic and international adventure. The brand new, four-part series of Dynamo: Magician Impossible follows Dynamo as he visits New York, South Africa, Ibiza and the UK.

Disaster struck while filming for the first episode in New York, after Dynamo and his crew were caught in the middle of the devastating Hurricane Sandy. Despite the obvious risks, it gave Dynamo an opportunity to bring some magic to New York in its darkest hour, culminating with an incredible stunt in the very heart of Times Square.

Dynamo continues to take his unique brand of magic all over the world, this time wowing tourists in the heat of Ibiza, as he turns a rushing fountain into solid ice with his bare hands and travelling to South Africa where he brings wooden animals to life and takes part in an unforgettable game of paintball with the locals in Soweto.

Dynamo is joined throughout the series by his celebrity friends, as he continues to blow the minds of the rich and famous, including some impressive close-up magic with Samuel L. Jackson, a game of pool like no other with Keith Lemon, and impaling himself with a javelin in front of Jessica Ennis.

Samuel L Jackson said “I was blown away by Dynamo’s creativity, it was great to meet the guy and experience his magic personally.”

Dynamo Magician Impossible Series 3 starts on Thursday 11th July, 9pm

ITV2 has confirmed that there will be a second series comedy ‘reality’ series – Lemon La Vida Loca. It will go even further ‘behind-the-scenes’ and into the world of Keith Lemon as he tries to boost his career as well as his catastrophic love life.

Series one, which aired in August 2012, was the highest rated new series launch of 2012 with an audience of over 1.4 million.

Following a breakup from his long term girlfriend, Rosie, Keith is single and looking to make an impact on the celebrity dating circuit. Romantic highlights will include a brief fling with Jenny Powell, a disastrous date with Myleene Klass, and an explosive relationship with a Pussycat Doll.

Changes are also afoot in Keith’s professional life. Determined to prove that he is more than just a TV presenter he first embarks on a music career – and releases his debut single – I Wanna Go On You – and then throws himself into the world of acting. A journey which sees him move to Hollywood to live with Verne Troyer, launch Back To The Future The Musical with Danny Dyer and take a walk down the famous cobbles of Coronation Street.

Keith Lemon added: “The Lemon La Vida Loca cameras are back in me house. It’s a new house, a new chapter. A bit like when Peter Andre started his new chapter but with more women, a bit ruder and with the main subject much better looking and not obsessed with coffee. Gonna be going to LA this season (that’s American for series) should be a good’n! Oooosh!?

Keith Lemon Bags His Own Reality Show

Keith Lemon is the next ‘celebrity’ due for a squeezing by the reality TV machine.

Despite not actually owning a passport or leading a ‘real’ life, the strawberry-blonde extravert is set to take part in a new ITV2 reality show.

According to a report by Broadcast magazine, the show will be “a cross between Keeping Up With The Kardashians and I’m Alan Partridge?; an alarming prospect to say the least.

In the grand tradition of quirkily-named Lemon shows (Celebrity Juice and Lemonaid have already proved a success for the star), the reality series has a working title of ‘Lemon La Vida Loca’ and is due to track Keith throughout a ‘hugely eventful year’ which will include his first film appearance.

The character – a creation by comedian Leigh Francis – was originally a character in the 2002 series Bo’ Selecta! alongside such recognisable parodies as Michael Jackson and Craig David . He later starred in his own 2008 reality show called Keith Lemon’s Very Brilliant World Tour, but failed to make an impact on audience affections.

Dan Baldwin of Talkback called Francis a ‘comedy genuis’ and spoke of the controversial comedian’s surprise success with Saturday night audiences. Lemonaid has proved a huge hit on the mainstream channel, he said.

“Taking Keith, who’s seen as rude and crude, and putting him on Saturday teatime is a bold step,’ he told Broadcast magazine. ‘But we’ve got more than three million viewers – Harry Hill didn’t get that until series four or five?.

Last month it was reported that Lemon was up for a Corrie cameo. “Enough!”, we cry here at OTB. “Enough of the ginger man”.

But do you think we have more room for Lemon-lovin’ in our weekly schedule? Or have things got way to juicy for their own good? Let us know your thoughts…

Keith Lemon For A Corrie Cameo?

‘Strawberry-blonde’ filth factory, Keith Lemon, has revealed that he would love to make a guest appearance on Coronation Street.

And his ticket to the cobbles? Samia Ghadie, who plays Maria Connor in the ITV1 soap.

“I’m always telling Samia Ghadie [I want a cameo]”, he said. “Because she seems to be my gateway into Coronation Street and she always introduces me to the producers and writers at showbiz events.

“She says, ‘I’m going to get you in’ but all I want to do is be in the hairdressers and go, ‘You’ve cut it too short, I’m never coming here again’. That’s all I want to do.”

Keith recently presented Michelle Keegan – Corrie’s mouthy Tina McIntyre – with the British Soap Award for Sexiest Female, who managed to get her mitts on the award for the third year running. He has since spoken of his affection for The Street’s stars: “I know more people in Corrie than I know in any other soaps – I’m like, ‘Hey how’s it going Michelle Keegan’?.

Accepting the gong from the Celebrity Juice host, Michelle said: “I just want to say thank you to everyone who voted, it’s honestly very flattering, and thank you to Corrie for all the amazing opportunities I’ve had over the last four-and-a-half years.”

Whether or not he makes it to the cobbles, Keith is set to make a big-screen debut later this year when the imaginatively titled Keith Lemon: The Film descends on the nation.
Speaking of the upcoming flick he said: “We had a test audience watching it in April, I’m very happy with it, it’s a lovely film,” he said.

“It’s rude, it’s silly, it’s daft and it’s warm. It’s me, I have aspirations to follow the success of Richard Branson and I become an overnight billionaire and that’s the moral of the story… and there are some intimate scenes with Kelly Brook.”
