Last night’s episode of Britain and Ireland’s Next Top Model saw Lisa leave the show. OTB caught up with her to discuss her time on B&INTM and her plans to take on Hollywood…

Hi Lisa, you looked like you enjoyed yourself on the show…

I really enjoyed my time on the show, it’s been amazing. The people I’ve met and the experiences I’ve had will stay with me. I had a fantastic time. When you’re so close to the final it’s sad that it’s all taken away from you, but I have no regrets at all.

And it looked like you had great fun in Canada…

Canada was amazing. We were there for two weeks and we saw so much in a short space of time. I loved Niagara Falls. The place where we were staying was stunning, I wish I could have stayed longer!

It’s a shame you were sent home after doing so well in the Canada task. Do you think the judges were fair?

They were all really nice. Julian was hilarious, he brought the panel to life. Elle had brilliant words of wisdom for us, having been there and done it all before. She knows what she’s talking about. And then there’s Tyson, he was very easy on the eye! Whitney was my absolute favourite though. All of her criticism was constructive and she was so professional and genuine.

Competitions like B&INTM can be very stressful. Did you fall out with any of the other models during your time on the show?

There were never any major fall outs at all. I got on fine with everyone because I went in there thinking that there was no point getting in to a fight and ruining the whole experience. I avoid conflict generally. The girls were all lovely and we all got on really well.

The three remaining girls look similar to one another. Do you think the judges might be going for a certain look this year?

The three girls left are quite commercial, whereas I’d say I’m a bit more high-fashion just because of my haircut and style. The three left are very strong competitors and great girls, and they genuinely deserve their place in the final. May the best girl win!

If you had to pick one, which girl would you like to see win?

I can’t decide between Anita or Emma!

Who would you like to see play you in the film of your life?

Oh God, that’s a tough one! I do love Anne Hathaway, and she’s got a pixie crop so she’d be perfect for me at the moment! I think she’s a fantastic actress. I do like Julia Roberts as well, I think she’s quite classical and brilliant. Maybe one of those two.

Who is your inspiration?

Well at the moment I have to say I’m a bit in love with Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. She’s fitted so much into her career in a really short space of time by starring in movies and having her own line at Marks and Spencer. She seems to have done it all, yet she’s still so young. I’d really like to follow in her footsteps.

I’m sure you’ve got lots of plans for the future… will we be seeing you on the silver screen too?

I definitely hope so! I’ve loved every moment of my stint on the show and it’s made me want to pursue modelling even more. I’d love to try my hand at presenting too. I don’t mind putting in the hard work, I’m not afraid to go door-to-door and pursue it if I have to. Fingers crossed…

Best of luck with the future, Lisa.

Thank you so much!
