As Jonathan Ross’s momentous and iconic chatshow fades away, he and his audience can cling to the memories of his final guests. Taking up the mantle to help say farewell to the show will be none other than…Amanda Holden?

Indeed, the Britain’s Got Talent judge revealed that Johnny Ross wanted her to feature in the final instalment of his chatshow via her weekly diary for Fabulous magazine. She also suggested she would decline the offer.

Holden elaborated, “I was surprised to receive a letter from Johnathon Ross today. Over the years, we haven’t exactly seen eye to eye. I can take a joke and am the butt of at least three every week on Britain’s Got Talent. But Wossy has taken the you-know-what out of me more than most.?

The glass-faced talent judge may have a point, when one considers the annals of showbiz comment history. The words ?a waste? are most notable when considering Ross’s past slurs towards his would-be guest.

“He wrote that he was drawing up a wish list of who he wanted on his final show and i was on it?, continued Holden. “I was delighted to be asked, although might wait until he leaves the BBC.?

Ross will in fact be leaving the corporation when his contract expires in July. Let’s hope he can snare some better guests for his final forray.
