Missing BBC 3’s chat show Lily Allen And Friends? No, neither are we.

Nonetheless, the mockney pop princess is set to return to our screens with a fly-on-the-wall documentary series.

According to The Sun, the singer (who claims she is retiring from music after this year’s festival commitments) has signed up for a TV show following her journey from pop star to shopkeeper.

A film crew is already in place as she gets ready to open a designer clothes store called Lucy In Disguise with her sister. The 24-year-old is also hoping to start her own record label.

Last year she claimed she was “too busy? to make another series of her flop chatshow which struggled to draw viewers from the outset.

Santiago says:

I think the music video is an improvement, but yes, I clemoetply agree, her music definitely still screams bubble gum. While her songs still sound more or less the same, I thought music video was nice and simple, and closer to what music videos used to look like whereas her previous ones are juuuust as obnoxious as Britney’s videos.
