Derren Brown Predicts Lotto Numbers

The professional magical annoyance Derren Brown will be predicting the lottery numbers on Wednesday 9th September as part of The Events week.

Not content with walking backwards through traffic, Brown will attempt to predict the winning lottery numbers just minutes before they’re drawn. Lottery bosses at Camelot have said that they’re “relaxed” about the stunt, which we assume is code for we couldn’t care less.

“Seventy per cent of adults will be trying to predict the six lucky numbers for Wednesday night’s Lotto draw.”

Brown will be revealing how he accomplished the task on a follow up show on the Friday after but Camelot don’t seem too worried about that either.

“It is impossible to affect the outcome of the draw and Derren Brown is not suggesting he is doing this. He is an illusionist creating an illusion that he can predict the numbers. We wish Derren, but more importantly our players, the best of luck.”

He can predict the lotto numbers but let’s see if he can predict my car missing that red light, mounting the kerb and mowing him down? I wonder…
